Separation of recombinant erythropoietin isoforms by capillary electrophoresis

In this study there were several important issues investigated namely, the process of dynamic coating of capillary surface with amines, denaturation of protein by urea, pH and composition of background electrolyte solution. In addition, instrumental parameters eg. voltage, capillary temperature, detection wavelength were also optimized.
